Services
Auto Detail Pro’s Torrance provides professional vehicle detailing services, including Mini Detail, Total Detail, Like New Restoration, polishing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and other related vehicle appearance services.
Service availability, pricing, duration, and results may vary depending on the vehicle’s size, condition, paintwork, and specific requirements.
Appointments and Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and vehicle information when booking.
Estimated service completion times are provided as a guide and may change depending on the vehicle’s condition or additional work required.
Pricing and Additional Charges
Prices displayed on our website are starting or standard prices unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for oversized vehicles, excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, contamination, severe paint defects, or additional work requested by the customer.
Any significant additional work or charges will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Deposits, booking fees, late cancellations, and no-show charges, if applicable, will be handled according to the policy disclosed at the time of booking.
Vehicle Condition and Personal Belongings
Customers must remove valuable and personal belongings from the vehicle before service. Auto Detail Pro’s Torrance is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customers must disclose any known vehicle defects, loose parts, aftermarket modifications, damaged surfaces, electrical issues, or other conditions that could affect the detailing process.
Pre-Existing Damage
Before beginning work, we may inspect and document the vehicle’s condition. Auto Detail Pro’s Torrance is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, failing materials, deteriorated paint, loose trim, damaged clear coat, or defects that become visible during the detailing process.
Service Results
We aim to achieve the best possible result for every vehicle. However, complete removal of all scratches, stains, odors, oxidation, paint defects, or other imperfections cannot be guaranteed.
Results depend on factors including the vehicle’s age, condition, previous repairs, paint thickness, materials, and severity of damage.
Paint Correction and Ceramic Coating
Paint correction involves removing or reducing surface imperfections and may not eliminate deep scratches or defects that extend beyond safely correctable paint levels.
Ceramic coating performance and longevity depend on proper vehicle care, environmental exposure, maintenance, and compliance with any aftercare instructions provided.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking or service completion. We reserve the right to withhold vehicle release until all authorized charges have been paid, subject to applicable law.
Memberships and Promotions
Any memberships, discounts, promotional offers, school programs, or Local Heroes Program benefits are subject to their stated eligibility requirements and terms.
Membership terms, recurring charges, renewal conditions, and cancellation procedures will be disclosed separately where applicable. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Website Use
All website content, including text, branding, graphics, images, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Auto Detail Pro’s Torrance unless otherwise stated. Content may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auto Detail Pro’s Torrance will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable California or federal law.

We may use professional detailing products manufactured by third parties, including Chemical Guys products. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Any applicable manufacturer instructions or warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.
