Booking Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms before booking your appointment.

Booking & Deposit

A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is collected at the time of booking through our online payment system.

The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment and may be paid by cash, card, Zelle, or Venmo.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your 20% deposit will be forfeited.

However, the deposit may be transferred toward a rescheduled appointment if the new appointment is booked within 14 days of the original appointment date.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment provided the rescheduled appointment is booked within 14 days of the original appointment.

Business Hours

Appointments are available Monday through Sunday, from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

Service Information

Service duration varies depending on the service selected. Some services may require several hours to complete.

When booking, please select the service that best matches your vehicle's needs. Additional services and add-ons may be selected during the booking process.

Personal Belongings & Liability

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle before the appointment. Auto Detail Pro’s Torrance is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle. For privacy and liability reasons, technicians do not open or clean inside glove boxes or closed compartments.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with Auto Detail Pro’s Torrance, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions, including the deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policies outlined above.
